What Is The Leadership Institute
For Black Women?
Did you know that Black women are the least likely to get support and receive promotions than any other group of women? Check out this recent study here, done by Lean In. The Leadership Institute For Black Women is a 6-month leadership development program specifically designed for Black Women who are early to mid-career (5 – 10+ years)and looking to move up, get to the next level, or figure out what the next move is in their career.
This leadership program targets early to mid-level Black Women leaders to enable them to adopt critical leadership skillsets for their success. Participants will benefit from mentorship by successful Black Women executives, senior leaders, and a cohort of peers with similar experiences.
