  • We begin by doing an assessment of where leaders are with their “mindset”, perspective, and experience, through qualitative and quantitative research.
  • We analyze the data and provide recommendations as to the next steps.
  • Unconscious bias, blind spots, and privilege can create unintentional harm through micro-aggressions and ignorance. We support leaders of every background through individualized coaching to help them show up to their work environment with a more open and intentional lens.
  • We like to tackle diversity, equity, and inclusion head-on by having conversations/discussions around the “unspoken” topics such as racism, systemic racism, microaggressions, code-switching, allyship, and more. Join us at one of our next Let’s Talk Series to see how we tackle these conversations and can support you and your company with similar conversations.
  • We will help you implement the recommendations through from our analysis.
