Ria has more than 25 years of consulting and leadership experience serving clients in a wide variety of industries that include communication and marketing, entertainment, federal government, financial, research, technical services, and nonprofit.

She has assisted leaders from the front-line to C-level with the design of personal and organizational change. Her work strengthens purpose, focus, accountability, engagement, performance and results.
