She provides professional coaching to individual, group and company clients in the areas of leadership development and career success. Her dynamic HR background spans over 20 years with experience and specialization in the development and implementation of HR programs. She’s had great success with large-sized companies across multiple industries, driving broad range experiences toward organizational goals.

She is also known as the Motivational Leader of the Human Capital Movement. It is a movement she is most passionate about because it’s her commitment to helping people GROW, lead courageously, pursue career passions and feel a greater sense of purpose. Cassandra is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is the President of the ICF Philadelphia Chapter.
