FOUNDER / CEO
Chantelle Fitzgerald is passionate about transforming workplace cultures so that they serve and support all humans. Having had her own personal challenges in the workplace, Chantelle took her 18 years of experience and founded Mindset Strategies, a leadership development firm that focuses on diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB).
As a trained mindfulness and emotional intelligence coach and trainer, Chantelle approaches the work of DEIB from a mindfulness and emotional intelligence background. What makes her different from most, is her boldness in challenging the status quo through her provocative programs, such as her White men, Black women, Connection Sessions, Leadership Institute For Black Women, Let’s Talk Race events and more.
Chantelle has had the great opportunity to work and advise dozens of C-suite executives in their DEIB strategy from Fortune 500 companies, to nonprofits, school districts, small businesses and many others.
Chantelle holds a Master’s in Nonprofit/NGO Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and BA in French with Secondary Certification from Muhlenberg College. She is also a certified mindfulness and emotional intelligence teacher through the Search Inside Yourself program. Chantelle serves on the advisory board of PHL Diversity and board of Studio Incamminati. Chantelle also loves to travel internationally, enjoys cooking, reading, meditation and salsa dancing.
