Mindset Strategies works with non-profit organizations to help employees learn tools to help foster "psychologically safe " environments so that employees feel safe and can be their best selves in the workplace. We do this by training employees in tools that will help them to build better relationships, how to become more self-aware and how to manage emotions when stress hits. 

We have also had the opportunity to work with the Urban Technology Project (UTP) a non-profit that trains 18 - 24 year olds who are the tech support for the Philadelphia School District. We trained them over 12 weeks and below are the results and testimonials of this successful program.
